Jessica Marie Alba, an American actor and entrepreneur. She started her film and television appearances at age 13 in Camp Nowhere and The Secret World of Alex Mack (1994) however she became famous at the age of 19 as the main actress in the popular television show Dark Angel (2000-2002), for which she received a Golden Globe nomination. Honey (2003) was her most successful screen debut. Jessica Marie Alba was born in Pomona, California, on April 28, 1981, to Catherine Louisa (nee Jensen) and Mark David Alba. Her mother is of Danish, Welsh and German ancestry.
